Our clientele ranges from schools, local authority, financial institutions, private clients and our reputation is based on a track record of delivering projects both small and large on budget and to programme.

Ratcliff & Burridge was formed in 1973 by Jim Ratcliff & Neville Burridge, initially based in Harlow working from home. Due to expansion in the early 1980’s the company relocated to rented workshop and office facilities in Hastingwood just outside of Harlow. In October 2004 Ratcliff & Burridge purchased offices and land in Great Hallingbury, near Bishops Stortford. Due to the retirement of Jim and Neville, the company is under the management of Andrew Burridge, Graham Ratcliff and fellow directors. As expansion of the company has increased there is now an estimating department that is solely dedicated to accurately producing tenders and budget costs for clients. The estimating department is integrated with business development which liaises with architects, surveyors, engineers and existing clients on future projects that may be of interest. |
